How Our Curbside Bulk Pickup Subscription Works

Step 1: Recon & Request

Enter your zip code and choose the bulk pickup tier that suits your needs — from single-item extractions to comprehensive junk removal. Then lock in your monthly pickup through our quick online system.

Step 2: Preparation & Staging

Place your items at the end of the driveway or by your garage door before 6:00 a.m. on the scheduled pickup day. Ensure clear access and no obstructions.

Step 3: Inspection & Clearance

Our team performs a quick assessment to confirm that items comply with guidelines (no hazardous materials, construction debris, etc.).

Step 4: Deployment & Pickup

After clearance,  the crew loads the approved bulk items efficiently and safely, then clears the site.

Step 5: Mission Complete

Items are hauled away for proper disposal or recycling, leaving your space clutter-free and clean.

All items must be placed at the end of your driveway or by the garage. 

We do not enter homes, garages, or backyards. Items must be accessible and ready to go when the truck arrives with no obstructions. Our currently subscription is only available to homes and townhomes at this time.

  • One couch plus a few bags or boxes
  • One sectional piece

  • Full sectional and miscellaneous junk

What We Take

We accept most large household items that don’t fit in your regular trash cart. This includes:

  • Furniture (couches, mattresses, tables, chairs)
  • Large appliances (must be emptied)
  • Carpet (rolled and tied, limited to 4 rolls per pickup, 8ft or less)
  • Yard waste (shrubbery like blackberry bushes must be bagged or bundled neatly, within guidelines)

What We Do Not Take

To keep our mission safe and compliant, the following items are off-limits and are not included for collection in any of our bulk item pickup tiers:

  • Hazardous Chemicals: Paint, oil, gasoline, and all flammable or toxic liquids – empty or filled containers. 
  • Tires: Not included in bulk item plans; can be picked up separately for an additional fee per tire
  • Tree rounds, wood logs, gravel, dirt, rock, sand, etc.
  • Construction Debris 
  • Hazardous Materials: Biohazards such as rodent droppings, fecal matter, needles, and other medical waste

At WeDo Junk Removal, our subscription-based bulk pickup plans are designed to bring elite-level service at unbeatable pricing. See our Legal Terms & Conditions.

To keep our operations running smoothly and sustainably, here’s what you need to know:

Where do I set my items?

For safety and efficiency, all items must be placed at the end of your driveway or by the garage door. We do not enter homes, garages, or other private areas for the subscription service. Additionally, please ensure that there are no vehicles or other obstructions are in front of your items.

If you need items removed from within the home, please contact our office to arrange a regularly scheduled junk removal pick-up. All subscription-based clients receive special discounts on our regular services.

How does billing work?

Our bulk pickup plans are subscription-based and billed monthly to the card on file. You authorize WeDo Junk Removal to automatically charge your card for your plan, approved overages, and any reroute or late fees.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment is declined, we’ll notify you and retry within 48 hours. If it still fails, your service may be suspended or canceled.

When will my items be picked up?

You’ll be assigned a scheduled monthly pickup day based on your area. All items must be placed outside by 6:00 a.m. on your service day.

What if I miss my scheduled pickup?

Missed pickups are forfeited. However, we can reroute for an additional fee (starting at $40, depending on location).

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Each plan includes a minimum term (typically 3–4 months, depending on your package). This helps us keep pricing far below standard per-pickup rates while still offering premium service. For example:

  •  Silver Captain Package is billed monthly at $49.99, and with the 3-month commitment, the total charges are $149.97. A routine one-time pickup for the same volume of space as the Silver Captain package would incur a charge of $300. By signing up for our monthly subscription, you are saving over $150!
What happens if I put out more items than my plan covers?

If your items exceed your subscription volume, we’ll send photos and request approval for additional charges. Without prior approval or approval while our team is still at your property, extra items may be left behind or billed separately.

What if I put out restricted or unapproved items?

Items on our Restricted List (e.g., hazardous materials, construction debris, tires, chemicals, etc) will not be collected. If restricted items are found within the contents of bags or packaged materials, associated charges will be billed separately, and/or cancellation of future services may occur. If you need information on how to properly dispose of these items, our team is here to help answer questions and offer other services outside of our subscription service. 

If nothing is curbside, the visit is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Please contact us ahead of time to adjust your package or make other arrangements.

Can I Pause My Subscription?

You are able to skip a month, but we are unable to pause a subscription for an extended  period of time.

Can I sign up if I live in an apartment or condo?

Unfortuantely, not at this time. Our subscription service is currently only built for single family home residences or townhouses, but our team is working on launching new services soon so check back with us!
